I am so much looking forward to our next Yoga and Zumba retreat in Costa Rica!!!  The last Yoga and Zumba retreat we hosted in Cahuita was amazing in so many ways.  I have to say that I think Costa Rica is the best place in the world to visit.  Why?  First, the people of Costa Rica were rated the happiest people in the world.  We witnessed this often, from the stranger who walked a kilometer out of her way to show us a unique tree, to the taxi driver who came back an hour after dropping us off to return a camera. Secondly, Costa Rica is a very bio-diverse country.  Waking to the sounds of howler monkeys and enjoying sunset Yoga to the songs of exotic frogs was magical.

I could not help but smile at my Costa Rican students after teaching my first Vinyasa Yoga class after maternity leave. I found myself moving through the postures wholeheartedly, perhaps adjusting much less than I would normally during one of my retreats.
