In Costa Rica, we call the forest a rain forest for a reason. It rains. In my opinion, Costa Rica during the rainy season is the most beautiful. The green is just bursting from the landscape. The jungle is buzzing with life. During a Yoga retreat, we can always expect a little bit of rain, which we welcome. There is no reason to get upset over things we have no control over, like rain. Each time I embrace rain with an open mind, I am surprised by the gifts that the Universe puts forth.
